Job Summary You will supervise Operators on a permanent night shift, managing production activities to achieve goals in efficiency, quality, and cost while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet efficiency and quality standards Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing to achieve production targets Apply lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S, to optimize workflow and reduce waste Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Specialists to promote teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement Coach and develop team members to enhance skills, performance, and discipline Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Required competencies and certifications Willingness to perform permanent night shift (essential for role) Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (essential for effective team leadership) Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
