Manufacturing Specialist II

Lead production processes, including equipment maintenance, machine operation, and manpower deployment to ensure efficient manufacturing output. Act as a line trainer and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requires over 6 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in back-end operations, with prior experience as a senior operator or team lead. Candidates must be physically capable of standing for extended hours and willing to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays.
