Manufacturing Specialist III (Drive Operations)

Lead all aspects of the production process, including equipment maintenance, fabrication, and manpower deployment for HDD manufacturing. Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requires over 6 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in back-end industry as a senior operator or lead. Must be physically able to stand for long hours and work a 12-hour rotating shift pattern.
