Support the HR Shared Services team in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and data maintenance using SAP SuccessFactors. Assist with HR compliance audits, regulatory inspections, and the digitization of HR processes across Singapore operations.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is required, while experience with SAP HRMS and knowledge of Singapore labor laws are preferred.
