They are seeking a service-driven and experienced Bell Captain to oversee their Bell Desk and Concierge operations. In this leadership role, you will ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences, coordinate guest assistance services, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding hospitality that exceeds guest expectations. Key Responsibilities Guest Services & Hospitality Excellence Lead the delivery of warm, personalised, and professional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Ensure efficient luggage handling, room escorting, transportation arrangements, and concierge services. Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations on dining, attractions, entertainment, and local experiences. Handle guest feedback, requests, and service recovery situations with professionalism and care. Ensure VIPs, returning guests, and long-stay guests receive tailored and memorable experiences. Bell Desk & Concierge Operations Oversee the daily operations of the Bell Desk, Concierge, and transportation services. Coordinate luggage storage, deliveries, airport transfers, limousine bookings, and guest transportation requests. Ensure timely handling of guest mail, parcels, messages, and special requests. Maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming lobby environment. Monitor guest traffic flow and provide operational support during peak periods and special events. Leadership & Team Development Supervise, motivate, and coach Bell Attendants and Concierge team members. Conduct daily briefings, shift handovers, and operational updates. Delegate duties effectively to ensure smooth operations and service excellence. Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and career development.
