Job Scope: Assess patients’ functional needs and develop personalised occupational therapy plans Deliver interventions to improve independence in daily living activities Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, nurses, doctors) Educate and support caregivers to ensure continuity of care after discharge Uphold clinical quality, safety standards, and best practices Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy Registered with AHPC (or eligible for registration) At least 1–2 years of clinical experience in Singapore Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with basic documentation systems (MS Office or EMR) 📍Work Location : West 💼 Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm If this sounds like you, click APPLY NOW to send us your CV.
