Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Advisor to join their team, focusing on providing bespoke financial guidance and long-term wealth planning. This role emphasizes strategic relationship management, personalised financial solutions, and a premium client experience. Job Scope: Establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all financial matters. Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ financial objectives, lifestyle priorities, risk profile, and long-term wealth goals. Deliver tailored wealth management strategies, including investment structuring, portfolio diversification, and legacy planning solutions. Provide proactive insights on market trends and economic developments to help clients make informed decisions. Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure clients receive a seamless, personalised financial service experience. Prepare detailed portfolio reports, performance analyses, and projections to support strategic decision-making. Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards while upholding the highest professional and ethical standards. Identify and cultivate opportunities to grow the client network and deepen relationships with existing clients. Job Requirements: A proactive relationship-builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. Comfortable understanding complex financial concepts and translating them into actionable advice. Professional, client-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
