Meet or exceed sales and relationship development targets. Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on client needs. Develop account plans and client strategies. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent first experience. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company. Understand client needs, goals, and business operations. Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and usage. Handle client concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently.
