Finance Executive (Governance & Internal Controls) – 6-Month Contract (Renewable)

Orchard Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm Contract: 6 Months Contract Renewable Up to $4000/mth Job scope: Review, update, and standardise finance and compliance policies across the Group. Develop and maintain finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and process flowchart. Review finance processes and recommend improvements to strengthen governance, compliance, internal controls, and operational efficiency. Work with stakeholders to document business requirements and implement consistent finance practices across the Group. Support finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements, documentation, and change management activities. Review and enhance Excel-based financial consolidation workbooks and reporting templates. Perform data validation, reconciliations, financial analysis, and other ad hoc finance-related project. Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 2–4 years of relevant experience in internal audit, finance governance, internal controls, finance compliance or finance transformation . Hands-on experience reviewing or developing finance policies, SOPs, and process documentation. Good understanding of finance governance, compliance, internal controls, and finance processes. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a project-based environment.
