Contract Administrator/ Construction Airport Proj/ 5 Days/ Basic $5K+Vb/ A1 Main Contractor

Up to $5,000 Basic+ Bonus Permanent positions / 5 workdays/ Changi Airport area. Having QS or contract administration work experience in civil infrastructure projects is preferred. Our client is a reputable MNC and a leading A1 main contractor, diverse in civil and building projects. Job Responsibilities: Support Contracts team in daily contract administration. Prepare subcontractor correspondence and progress payment documents. Assist with Letter of Award and Sub-Contract Agreement submissions. Check contract documents for completeness. Upload, distribute and maintain contract documents, addendums and clarifications. Maintain proper filing and ISO documentation. Provide basic procurement support when required. Job Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in construction management/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
