Network Engineer (L2 – Cloud Infrastructure)

Network Operations & Support Cloud & Hybrid Connectivity Monitoring & Incident Management Job Scope: Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancer. Perform system configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and capacity planning to ensure network stability and availability. Support AWS networking and connectivity between cloud and on-premise environments, including VPC, VPN, and related network service. Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with internal teams and external providers. Monitor network performance, investigate incidents, and resolve connectivity or performance issues. Support firewall configurations, security controls, and remediation activities to maintain a secure environment. Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures. Participate in change implementation, maintenance activities, and after-hours support when required. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments. Hands-on experience with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls. Experience supporting AWS networking components such as VPC, subnets, security groups, and VPN connectivity. Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Exposure to enterprise firewall technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point will be advantageous. Preferred certifications: CCNA, AWS Associate, or equivalent. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Willingness to support after-hours maintenance and operational activities.
