Position: Private Duty Caregiver / Nursing Aide – Night Shift Location: Central Working Days: 4 or 5 Days Shift Working Hours: 12 hours Day Shift Salary: Basic up to $5,000 + $50/Day Duty Allowance ($800 - $1,000/Month) Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Insurance Coverage + Travel Allowance + Medical & Dental Benefits + Medical Coverage for Spouse and Dependants Duration: Permanent Why Join? Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Private Nurse to provide dedicated, one-to-one care for an individual patient. The role involves health monitoring, lifestyle support, mobility assistance and accompanying the patient during overseas travel when required. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, personalised care with a strong focus on the patient’s overall well-being and quality of life. You will manage an individual care plan, work closely with the patient and family, and provide consistent medical, physical and lifestyle support. Responsibilities: Manage and support the patient’s overall well-being during the night shift. Provide personalised bedside and daily living assistance. Monitor glucose levels, blood pressure and other relevant health indicators. Observe the patient’s condition and report any significant changes promptly. Support dietary and lifestyle routines according to the agreed care plan. Monitor food, water and calorie intake where required. Encourage and assist the patient with walking, exercise and suitable activities. Provide safe physical and mobility assistance, including transfers where necessary. Engage the patient positively and provide emotional reassurance. Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable care environment. Accompany and support the patient during overseas travel when required. Maintain accurate care records and follow instructions from the family and treating healthcare professionals. Requirements: Recognised nursing aide, healthcare assistant, caregiving or relevant nursing qualification. General nurses and nursing aides with suitable patient-care experience may apply. Minimum five years of relevant nursing, caregiving or bedside-care experience. Experience in private nursing, home care, eldercare or direct patient care will be advantageous. Able to provide safe mobility and physical assistance, including supporting walking and patient transfers. Caring, patient and positive, with the ability to communicate and engage the patient effectively. Able to monitor basic health indicators such as glucose levels and blood pressure. Willing to learn calorie monitoring and support the patient’s dietary and hydration needs. Able to work five days per week, including selected weekends. Willing and able to accompany the patient during overseas travel when required. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with customers and overseas stakeholders who primarily use Mandarin for business discussions and written correspondence.
