Project Manager (M&E / Kitchen Equipment)

Position : Project Manager (M&E / Kitchen Equipment) Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon) Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,000 + Transport Allowance $700 + Mobile Claimable up to $100 + Variable Bonus + Up to 18 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300 Duration : Permanent Industry : Commercial Kitchen Equipment Main Responsibilities: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; manage scope, schedule, resources, and issues. Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and track progress. Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on status, risks, and issues. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks/issues to prevent disruption. Conduct regular site inspections; ensure subcontractors work safely. Inspect equipment delivered to site; arrange inspections and manage documentation for project handover/completion. Requirements: Min ITE/Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent) with 2–5 years of relevant experience. M&E background with at least 2 years’ project coordination experience Proficient in MS Project (or similar) and Microsoft Office Commercial kitchen equipment industry background is a strong advantage.
