Position : Supply Chain Planner (Inventory Planning / FMCG) Location : West – Gul Link (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle) Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits Duration : Permanent Industry : Industrial Supplies & Wholesale Trade Main Responsibilities: Plan and manage inventory levels to support customer demand and business needs Monitor stock movement, demand trends, replenishment needs, and delivery schedules Maintain planning parameters such as safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and forecasts Analyse slow-moving, ageing, excess stock, and recommend corrective actions Prepare inventory reports, KPI tracking, forecast analysis, and stock performance reviews Work closely with suppliers, sales, customer service, warehouse, operations, and finance teams Identify potential stock shortages, supply chain risks, and operational bottlenecks Support ERP/system data accuracy and inventory process improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with company procedures, documentation, and database upkeep Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory control, materials planning, or related functions Experience in FMCG / fast-moving consumables / retail-driven demand environment is preferred Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP or inventory planning systems Professional credentials like the APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) or certifications from the CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) will be a strong bonus Email to: chloe@searchpersonnel.com.sg Do visit www.facebook.com/search.personnel and https://www.instagram.com/search.personnel for more job listings and career tips! ***We do not charge our candidates any referral fee nor bind them with any contract.*** Chloe Ong Deputy Consulting Director (APAC) Reg no.: R22105510 EA No: 13C6684
