Sales Engineer (Water Quality Analysers)

Position : Sales Engineer (Water Quality Analysers) Location : Kallang Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,300 Basic + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance Duration : Permanent Industry : Semi-Conductor Industry Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Manage and grow key accounts across water utilities, semiconductor facilities, industrial users and engineering firms. Identify new business opportunities, projects and tender prospects in water and wastewater applications. Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance. Work closely with technical, service and marketing teams to deliver integrated customer solutions. Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders and product demonstrations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates and management reports. Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry or related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in water quality analysers, analytical instruments or environmental technologies. Proven B2B sales track record, preferably in water, wastewater or process industries. Strong technical knowledge of online or laboratory water quality analysers such as pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients or metals. Experience managing sales teams and key accounts will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Strategic, self-motivated and customer-focused.
