Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities across air freight, ocean freight, project logistics and specialised logistics solutions. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers while actively acquiring new accounts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, business partners and key stakeholders. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities. Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution and high service standards. Monitor market trends, customer needs and business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Provide regular sales updates, pipeline reports and market feedback to management. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain solutions. Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, project logistics and international shipping solutions. Proven track record in business development, account management and achieving sales targets. Existing customer network or sales portfolio in the logistics industry will be advantageous. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Self-driven, disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals. Proficient in English to communicate with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
