Drafter (Cad/BIM)

Position : Drafter (CAD/BIM) Location : East – Ubi (Near MRT) Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits Duration : Permanent Industry : Service & Maintenance Main Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD/BIM software. Create and update BIM models for construction and engineering projects. Interpret sketches, specifications, and project requirements to produce accurate drawings. Revise drawings based on project changes, feedback, and engineering updates. Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry standards. Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams on technical requirements. Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality. Assist in preparing technical documents for clients and project teams. Requirements: Diploma / Technical Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, or related field with Min 2 years of experience in the construction or engineering industry. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. BIM modelling experience is required. Good understanding of technical drawings and drafting standards.
