Position: Customer Service Executive – Catering Operations Location: Bedok Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) & 1 Saturday per month Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: F&B Main Responsibilities: Assist and attend to customers enquiries/complaints Generate orders and quotation Handle and attend to customers food tasting session when necessary Cooperate and liaise with other departments Liaise with outsource suppliers when required Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in admin/customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Email to: abby.pang@searchpersonnel.com.sg for more information.
