Sales Coordinator (Marine / Offshore Engineering)

Position: Sales Coordinator (Marine / Offshore Engineering) Location: Pioneer Road, bus stop in front of building Working hours: 5.5 days work week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic Salary up to $3,500 + Commission + Medical Insurance Duration: Permanent Industry: Marine / Offshore Engineering Main Responsibilities: Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents. Handle customer enquiries and sales follow-ups. Coordinate orders with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Support order processing, delivery coordination and project follow-up. Maintain sales records, reports and documentation. Assist with product information, presentations and tender submissions. Liaise with technical teams on customer requirements. Monitor quotations, purchase orders and delivery schedules. Build and maintain customer relationships. Perform other sales support and administrative duties. Requirements: No experience required; training provided. Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Engineering, Marine, Mechanical or related discipline. Candidates with internship, part-time or school project exposure in sales, engineering or marine-related fields will be advantageous.
