About this role

Position : Sales Admin Coordinator (Order Processing & Logistics) Location : East – Chai Chee Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits Duration : Permanent Industry : Furniture Manufacturer Responsibilities: Order Management: Processing sales person sales orders, quotations, and invoices in ERP systems. Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal warehouses to schedule deliveries. Documentation: Preparing and verifying logistics documents, packing lists, delivery orders, work orders. Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, updating inventory records, and coordinating inventory planning. Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by tracking orders and maintaining accurate records. Requirements: Minimum of 1–2 years in sales administration, customer service, or logistics operations.
