Prescribe spectacle and contact lens corrections based on patients' visual needs. Diagnose common vision conditions and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide professional advice on eyewear, lenses and eye care products. Perform contact lens fitting and follow-up consultations. Educate patients on eye health and preventive eye care practices. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience. Work closely with the retail and clinic teams to achieve service excellence. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Optometry or equivalent qualification. Fully registered Optometrist with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (Singapore) . Good interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-focused with a professional and caring approach. Able to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays where required.
