Assistant Sales Manager (Electronic Components)

Position : Assistant Sales Manager (Electronic Components) Location : North-East – Macpherson Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $7,000 + $200 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + Up to 19 days of Annual Leaves + Medical & Dental Benefits Duration : Permanent Industry : Electronics/Semiconductor Main Responsibilities: Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve sales targets. Develop new business opportunities with customers and suppliers. Handle RFQs, quotations, pricing review and commercial negotiations. Review sales contracts and manufacturing service agreements. Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams on order fulfilment. Manage customer escalations, delivery rescheduling and project updates. Lead and support the India team on sales and customer-related matters. Monitor inventory requirements and support cost reduction initiatives. Prepare sales forecasts, reports and account updates. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor, electronic components, trading or distribution industry. Experience handling regional customers, suppliers or India market will be advantageous. Willing to travel overseas when required.
