Senior Manager - Security, Resiliency And Control

Plan, budget and harmonize global security system within the Group to ensure security system are updated and relevant to the Group current and future requirements Lead the global security control and regulatory processes to ensure a robust reporting and regulated structure Work within the BCM secretariat to select, plan and conduct exercise based on operational risk impact Provide operational leadership to BCM secretariat to support ERT and CMT during emergencies and crisis Provide second line oversight to BCPs to counter major disruption and ensure their relevancies Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by GM Security Requirements: Education: Degree in any field, professional certificate in Security such as CPP (ASIS) etc or professional certificate in Business Continuity Management such as BCCE etc At least 8 years of relevant work experience in a managerial capacity in security or business continuity with focus on physical security systems and technology, emergency and crisis management, BCP, security controls and attestation Experience in implementation of modular physical security system and PSIM Experience in planning and running BCP exercises and drills Experience in Crisis Management, planning and running wall rooms and BCM escalations Experience in building global security controls for an end-to-end 2nd line supervision and reporting Experience in commanding security incidents and crime scenes Strong leader with good leadership and influencing skills Clear and logical mind with strong analytic, interpersonal and communication skills Possess other security professional traits including ability to maintain confidentiality, high level of integrity, remains decisive even under intense and stressful situations Work Location: Seatrium (SG) Pte.
