About this role

Our client is an established interior products company specialising in high-quality carpet and flooring solutions for commercial and hospitality projects. The company works with designers, architects, contractors, hotel groups and project stakeholders across the region. They are currently looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to support business growth in Singapore. Key responsibilities include: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality, commercial interiors, design and contractor sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, hotel end-users, developers and other project stakeholders. Promote carpet, flooring and interior product solutions to potential clients. Understand client project requirements and provide suitable product recommendations. Conduct client meetings, product presentations and follow-ups. Work closely with regional management and internal teams to support project enquiries, quotations, samples and order coordination. Track sales pipeline, customer activity and project opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new project developments. Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in Singapore. Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events or networking opportunities where required. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in interior products, carpet, flooring, wallcovering, furniture, FF&E, building materials or related industries. Experience selling to or working with interior designers, architects, contractors, hotels, developers or commercial end-users will be highly preferred. Prior exposure to hospitality, hotel, commercial or project-based sales is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with new business development and proactive client outreach. Able to work independently in a small regional setup. Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded. Good command of English; Mandarin, Cantonese or other languages will be an added advantage. Singapore-based candidate
