JOB TITLE: Content Creator (Video, Photo & Graphics) — Full-Time COMPANY: Secret Furnishing Pte Ltd EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent EXPERIENCE: 1–3 years SALARY: S$3,000 – S$4,000/month (commensurate with portfolio and experience) — As part of our business expansion, we are hiring a hands-on Content Creator who can write, shoot, edit, and appear on camera — capturing real Singapore homes in scroll-stopping content that converts. THE ROLE You will own the day-to-day content engine across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — concept, script, shoot, edit, post. You will appear on camera as one of our brand voices, working alongside our three customer personas (HDB balcony, new condo, landed home). This is not a desk role. Expect to be on location at customer homes, on our showroom floor, and at our factory — capturing real installations, real motors going up, and real moments that sell. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) — 15 to 60 seconds, platform-native, on a weekly content calendar - Appear on camera as a brand voice — comfortable presenting, interviewing customers, demoing product, and speaking to the lens - Capture photography for social, web, and ad use — product close-ups, before/after, lifestyle, installation in progress - Produce graphic assets — carousels, statics, story templates, ad creatives, infographics (Canva, Figma, or Adobe) - Write captions, hooks, and short scripts in our brand voice — neutral, warm, Singapore English, no corporate filler - Coordinate shoots at customer homes — schedule, brief, set up, capture, wrap - Edit fast — same-day turnaround for trending audio, 3–5 day turnaround for hero content - Support paid ads — produce video assets, 8-second for Meta and TikTok Ads - Track what works — review post performance weekly, double down on winning formats WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Must-have: - 1–3 years producing short-form video content for a brand, agency, or creator account - Strong portfolio of Reels / TikTok / short-form video you actually shot and edited yourself - Comfortable and confident on camera — this is a non-negotiable for this role - Skilled with CapCut for video editing - Skilled with Canva for graphic and photo work - Strong eye for composition, lighting, and pacing — your edits hold attention - Native or near-native English; comfortable writing Singapore English captions and hooks - Owns or can operate a smartphone or mirrorless camera for shoots Nice-to-have: - Mandarin or other local language for on-camera versatility - Experience with home, renovation, interior design, or property content - Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or paid social creative briefs - Basic SEO writing — captions, blog snippets, alt text WHAT YOU GET - Full-time permanent role with a Singapore brand that has been growing every year - A real content budget, real equipment, and real homes to shoot in — not stock footage and templates - Creative ownership — you propose the ideas, you execute, you see the numbers - Direct reporting line to our Growth Marketing Manager — fast decisions, no committee - Annual leave, CPF, and performance bonus - Career path into Content Lead as the team grows HOW TO APPLY Apply through MyCareerFuture: Your portfolio link (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook — wherever your best work lives) We review every application and reply to shortlisted candidates within 7 working days.
