About this role
This position supports the service team on the commissioning, preventive maintenance and testing of equipment as well as to provide continual technical support to customers. To carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Security, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV & Public Address Systems Analysis of equipment failures to determine cause and recommend corrective action Respond to service calls or requests and carry out rectification works at site Carry out preventive maintenance works for customers as per schedule Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support Provide quotations the paid repairs and A&A Works Manage the service projects and paid jobs
