Business Development Director

Business Development Director Employment Type: Full-time Location: Singapore About Us We are a Singapore-based EduTech company focused on providing education solutions and building strategic partnerships across Asia. As we continue expanding into the Greater China market, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Director to join our team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies for the China market. Build and maintain relationships with universities, educational institutions, channel partners, and corporate clients. Manage existing clients and develop new business opportunities. Coordinate with partners in China and work closely with the Singapore headquarters. Manage and strengthen our network of education agencies and business partners. Conduct market research and identify new partnership opportunities. Represent the company at business meetings, education events, and industry conferences. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or above. At least 5 years of relevant business development or partnership management experience. Familiar with both Singapore and Chinese business cultures. Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, educational institutions, and business partners in China. Basic English communication and writing skills. Knowledge of the education, EduTech, management, or corporate services industry will be an advantage. Strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
