Sales Executive

Job Summary The candidate will drive sales growth by developing new customers and managing existing accounts for industrial electrical products in Singapore, delivering technical presentations, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Develop new customer accounts within Singapore to expand market reach Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase sales revenue Visit electrical contractors, OEMs, switchboard manufacturers, industrial plants, and distributors to build relationships and identify sales opportunities Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on sales leads to close deals Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable technical solutions to meet customer needs Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to business growth Maintain strong customer relationships and provide effective after-sales support Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategies Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience Experience in industrial electrical products, cable accessories, switchgear, or automation products Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred) Good communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage customers and close sales Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet targets and deadlines Other Information We Offer Attractive basic salary Monthly sales commission Performance bonus Transport allowance Mobile phone allowance Medical benefits Product training Career advancement opportunities
