Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements for projects by reviewing tender and construction drawings. Procure Performance Bonds, Advance Payment Bonds, and handle bond extensions and/or cancellations. Perform as-built drawing re-measurements, contract administration, forecasting, budgeting, procurement, and final account preparation. Prepare purchase orders for subcontractor awards, including evaluation, comparison, and recommendation of quotations. Prepare and submit progress claims to clients. Evaluate and prepare progress payments for subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers. Prepare final accounts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers. Prepare cash flow projections and forecast reports. Liaise with clients and consultants' Quantity Surveyors. Maintain records and manage the tracking of all variation orders. Maintain close liaison with project staff, especially the Project Manager and Senior Management. Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
