Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to Maintain, Support, Upgrade and Monitoring of club network infrastructure – Firewall, WiFi, Switches & VPN Installation, Configuration and Monitoring of Windows Servers & HyperV Virtualization and OS-related software. Configuration and Monitoring of club WiFi network using Ruckus Domain Controller. Ensure that server & client’s PC backups are performed and checked on a regular basis. Maintain up to date documentation for all servers, network devices, application software admin and user manual. Daily administration of AD, email system and club application software, include user and group management Assist in IT planning, coordinating with vendors and clients for hardware/software purchases, product services, and support. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by IT Manager / IT Asst. Manager. Skills & Experience required: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering. ITIL foundation level knowledge is required. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT industry. Positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge on project management to assist in infrastructure / digitalization projects. Experience in Network Infrastructure, Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Microsoft 365 / Exchange and Microsoft HyperV Virtualization.
