About the role Join the team at SELF HELP GROUPS STUDENT CARE LIMITED as a full-time Kindergarten Care Teacher (Programme Staff). In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and educational support to young children, ensuring their social, emotional and academic development. Working hours During normal school term: 9.30am to 7pm During school holidays: 9.5 hours shift between 7am to 7pm What you'll be doing Plan and deliver engaging educational activities, including structured play, arts and crafts, and outdoor play Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children to learn and thrive Observe and monitor children's progress, identifying and addressing any developmental or behavioural concerns Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on their child's development and address any concerns Collaborate with the teaching team to implement the curriculum and ensure consistent, high-quality care Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory authorities Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge What we're looking for Min.
