Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functionality Achieve financial objectives by meeting monthly sales targets and profitability goals Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and employee development Maintain brand standards and ensure the store reflects the company's image and values Optimize store performance through effective resource management and strategic planning Build strong customer relationships and expand the existing customer base Ensure store compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and vendor coordination Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new staff members Create work schedules that balance coverage needs with labor costs Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives through training and mentoring Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth Manage inventory levels, order new items, and ensure merchandise availability on the floor Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies to control stock loss and shrinkage Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, sales data, and profit margins
