Accounts Executive

Job Summary Manage comprehensive accounting functions including accounts receivable/payable, claims processing, payment vouchers, reconciliations, and month-end closing. Support audit and GST filing processes while ensuring accurate data entry and timely reporting. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure accurate financial transactions Process claims and reimbursements efficiently to support financial operations Prepare payment vouchers, perform bank reconciliations, and handle intercompany transactions to maintain accounting accuracy Enter accounting records accurately into the accounting system to ensure data integrity Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs to support business decision-making Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing to meet financial deadlines Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to facilitate audit and compliance processes Assist in GST filings to comply with tax regulations Support audit processes by maintaining proper documentation and records Perform ad-hoc accounting duties and tasks as assigned to support team needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Accounting Knowledge of full set of accounts including cost accounting principles 2 to 3 years of accounting experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
