The Product Quality Engineer is responsible for driving product quality excellence throughout the product lifecycle. This role leads quality planning activities for assigned product lines, monitors product quality performance, identifies quality risks through data analysis, supports new product introduction (NPI)quality reviews, and provides technical expertise in resolving critical product and customer quality issues. The engineer works closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Service, and Customer Support teams to ensure continuous product quality improvement and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead product quality initiatives for the assigned tester product line, including quality planning, project schedule management, implementation, and effectiveness verification. Analyze the root causes of escaped issues completed by the respective technical teams on a weekly basis, and prepare product quality analysis reports for the assigned product line. Participate in reviews and evaluations for new products or new product versions during the TR4A stage and subsequent activities, including AN reviews and milestone gate reviews. Participate in the technical analysis and resolution of major quality issues and complex customer-reported problems. Lead or participate in Root Cause Analysis(RCA) and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) top revent recurrence. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to drive continuous product quality improvement initiatives. Track quality improvement projects and verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Quality, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, or Product Engineering. Experience in semiconductor equipment, automation, electronics manufacturing, or precision engineering is preferred. Strong understanding of Product Quality Management principles. Experience in Root Cause Analysis methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, A3, etc.). Familiarity with Failure Analysis (FA), CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies. Understanding of quality systems such as ISO9001 and ISO 13485 (if applicable). Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI)processes and stage-gate reviews. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
