We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the department. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations and ensure work processes are carried out efficiently. Lead, motivate, and guide team members to achieve departmental goals. Plan and allocate work schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Handle operational issues, resolve problems, and escalate when necessary. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Support management in implementing new processes, initiatives, and improvements. Ensure a positive work environment and foster teamwork. Requirements Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude. Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, email communication). Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
