Ltd. | EA Licence No. 22C1104 Location: Singapore — Work From Anywhere / Flexible Hours Employment Type: Commission-Based (100% Commission) The Role Sentinelle Human Capital Solutions is a licensed employment agency looking for experienced, CEI-certified agents who want to keep a larger share of the fees they generate. This is a commission-based, work-from-anywhere role built for established agents. You bring your own clients and candidate network; we provide the EA licence, MOM portal access, and hands-on support from the Managing Director on complex cases. You keep up to 75% of every placement fee you close , and your clients remain yours. You work directly with the Managing Director and run your own desk with full autonomy. We welcome agents from every sector — F&B, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, and domestic/FDW placement. Whatever market you already know, you can bring it here. How the Commission Works When you handle both sides of a placement — sourcing the employer and the worker — you earn the full 75%. When you bring one side only, you still earn a strong share, weighted toward whichever side is harder to source. You are paid for the work you actually do, not a fixed house rate. What You Will Do Develop your own employer clients and job orders. Source and match candidates for EP, S Pass, Work Permit, or FDW placements. Manage MOM pass applications from submission to approval. Maintain your own client relationships, including renewals and replacements. What We Are Looking For Active CEI certification (at least Basic) — mandatory. Proven experience placing foreign workers of any nationality, with the ability to run the full recruitment cycle independently. An established network of employer clients, workers, or industry contacts in any sector. A track record of closing on your own — this role suits experienced agents, not newcomers to the trade. Singaporeans and PRs are strongly preferred. Proficiency in a second mother tongue such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is a strong advantage, as many employers and workers communicate in these languages.
