Job Summary Join our team as a Sales & Retail Operations Manager to lead sales performance and retail operations across Serta Mattress Boutiques and Departmental Store outlets, driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and executing promotional strategies effectively. Responsibilities Lead and drive overall sales performance across Serta Mattress Boutiques and Departmental Store outlets to achieve business growth Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets Manage, supervise, coach, and motivate promoters and Retail Sales Consultants to enhance team performance Monitor individual and outlet sales performance and execute action plans to address gaps Plan and coordinate sales promotions, campaigns, festive offers, and departmental store events to boost customer engagement Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and market activities to maintain competitive positioning Recruit, train, and develop promoters and Retail Sales Consultants to build a high-performing sales team Collaborate with Management, Marketing, Operations, and Merchandising teams on product launches and promotional campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with departmental store partners and relevant business partners to support sales objectives Ensure consistent product presentation, promotional materials, pricing displays, and brand standards across all retail outlets Support the opening and setup of new retail outlets as required Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales or retail management, preferably managing multiple outlets or sales teams Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving retail performance Strong skills in sales management, team leadership, pricing, and promotional planning Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Customer-focused with excellent communication and presentation skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers and business partners Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in mattress, furniture, bedding, home furnishing, or premium retail sectors Other Information Benefits Competitive salary: S$5,000 – S$8,000 per month Staff purchase discounts Medical and annual leave benefits
