Accounts Executive (Permanent Part-Time)

Job Description & Requirements We are a boutique business consulting firm based in Singapore, seeking a meticulous and experienced permanent part-time Accounts Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with small teams, is confident in managing the " full set of accounts ", and values flexibility and autonomy. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes • Prepare monthly management accounts • Handle GST preparation and filing • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records • Coordinate with external accountants, tax agents, andauditors as required • Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and regulatoryrequirements Requirements: • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and full set of accounts • Familiar with Singapore GST and accounting practices • Comfortable working with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, XERO, MYOB, or similar) • Detail-oriented, organised, and dependable • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Prior experience supporting SMEs or consulting/ professional services firms is a plus Work Arrangement: Permanent Part-timeRole • Flexible working hours performed on-site (to be discussed) • Suitable for candidates seeking long-term, steady part-time work • Singapore-based candidates only • Location is near Clarke Quay / China Town MRT Station How to Apply: • Direct apply via mycareersfuture.gov.sg . • Email your resume along with a brief summary of your relevant experience to admin@sibconsulting.com . • Applicant personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
