Part-Time Accounts Payable (Ap) Assistant

# Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant **Salary:** SGD $900 – $1,900 (Part-Time) **Location:** Singapore TUAS Road ## Job Responsibilities * Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry. * Prepare and process payments (bank transfer, PayNow, GIRO, etc.). * Match invoices with Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO). * Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies. * Maintain proper filing of invoices and payment records. * Assist with monthly AP closing and reporting. * Communicate with suppliers regarding payment enquiries. * Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. ## Requirements * Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent. * Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) is preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or AutoCount) is an advantage. * Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented. * Able to work independently and meet deadlines. ## Working Hours * Part-Time (Flexible hours, 3–5 days per week) ## Salary * **SGD $900 – $1,900** (depending on experience and working hours) **Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant accounting experience are welcome to apply.**
