Job Summary We are seeking a capable and responsible Site Manager to oversee daily operations of a strata estate, ensuring safety, compliance, and maintenance through effective coordination and communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities Coordinate daily site operations to maintain safety, compliance, and upkeep of the strata estate Communicate clearly and promptly with occupiers, contractors, Management Council, and Head Office to resolve site issues Manage contractor schedules and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks Act as the primary liaison to facilitate smooth operations and timely follow-up on all site-related matters Implement site management protocols to uphold estate standards and regulatory compliance
