Store Manager Responsibilities: Overlook the Store Operations, Drive Sales and Improve Customer Retention. Daily Operations: Generate daily KPI reports and submit daily inventory reports 10 minutes before store closure. Store Opening: Ensure store cleanliness and report opening cash, ensure up-to-date price tags are displayed, set daily sales targets using sales logs, and monitor CCTV positioning. Security Management: Implement theft prevention measures for external and internal theft, conduct bag checks, and ensure adherence to proper cash management procedures. Store Closing: Perform housekeeping tasks, report on closing sales, and handle banking cash with reporting to the Operations Manager
