Company Overview Shalom Medcare is a Singapore-based wheelchair transport service provider offering accessible transportation, medical escort services, and support to ensure safe and comfortable travel for clients and their loved ones. Job Summary Shalom Medcare Pte. Ltd. seeks an Operations & Transport Coordinator to manage healthcare transport logistics, coordinate driver schedules, communicate with clients and medical facilities, and support operational driving duties. Responsibilities Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily transport and trip schedules for medical transport services to ensure timely and efficient operations Serve as the primary contact for hospitals, nursing homes, dialysis centers, and clients to facilitate clear communication and service coordination Manage real-time operational challenges by handling emergency dispatches and planning driver coverage to maintain service continuity Complete administrative tasks including billing submissions, trip logging, and ensuring compliance with PDPA regulations Assist with operational driving duties as needed to support transport services Required competencies and certifications Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and BDVL Licence to perform emergency driver relief and coverage duties Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and medical facilities Apply crisis-handling skills to resolve operational challenges promptly Exhibit organisational skills to manage schedules and administrative duties efficiently Other Information Pay: $2,500.00 to $4,100.00 (SGD) per month, negotiable Driving Allowances: Mon–Fri ($30 half-day / $60 full-day), Sat–Sun ($50 half-day / $100 full-day) Probation Period: 3 months Work Location: In person
