Material Planner

Review demand forecasts and generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to ensure timely material availability. Track supplier deliveries and expedite critical orders to prevent production shortages. Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to minimize excess and obsolete inventory. Analyze material shortages and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to implement recovery plans. Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow. Maintain and update ERP/MRP planning parameters, including lead times, safety stock, and planning data. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring material readiness. Prepare planning reports and monitor inventory performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and overall supply chain performance. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Operations within a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Eligibility Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
