Position Summary The Senior Finance Manager will report to the Finance Controller and oversee the finance operations for both the Singapore and U.S. entities . The role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax compliance, statutory reporting, internal controls, and business partnering across both jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and scalable finance processes that support the company's global growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for the Singapore and U.S. entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare consolidated management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for the Finance Controller and senior management. Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and cash management. Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and working capital across multiple entities. Ensure compliance with: -Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and statutory requirements. -U.S. GAAP (where applicable) and U.S. federal and state regulatory requirements. -Corporate tax, GST, sales tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and other applicable tax obligations. Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and statutory submissions with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities in both Singapore and the United States. Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and accounting policies across all entities. Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, commercial insights, and cost optimization recommendations. Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, automation, and process improvements. Support regional expansion, new entity setup, fundraising, and strategic corporate projects. Mentor and supervise finance team members while supporting the Finance Controller in building a high-performing global finance function. Qualifications Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. Min. 8 years of progressive finance experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and U.S. accounting principles (US GAAP experience preferred). Experience managing multi-country finance operations, preferably across Singapore and the United States. Experience in a technology, AI, software, or high-growth company is highly preferred. Proficiency in Finance/ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel. Skills & Competencies Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
