BIM Coordinator

Job Description: To manage and coordinate production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents with minimal supervision Manage and deliver a fully coordinated federated model in agreed formats Assists BIM Manager in the implementation of BIM Assist BIM Manager to update and revise BIM Models throughout the project life cycle Ensure BIM Models are modelled with correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM base quantification and 4D simulation Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements Coordinate with Consultants, SWCs & sub-contractor Use of BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability and as-built Review design and fabrication models and drawings Perform clash checks Perform QC before release and exchange of BIM Models Requirements Diploma or equivalent in C&S/ Architectural/ M&E/ Building services At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required Formally trained in BIM or equivalent modelling training certification Proficient in BIM/ Revit (Architectural/ Structural and Reinforcement/ MEP modelling and Navisworks BIM Coordination experience using Autodesk/ Bentley software If you are not invited for an interview within 4 weeks, we regret that your application was not suited to this vacancy.
