Responsibilities: Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth service Lead, train and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent hospitality Curate and manage beverage menus including cocktails, wines and specialty drinks Manage inventory, ordering and stock control Conduct regular inspections and ensure health & safety compliance Requirement: Previous experiences as a Bar Manager or senior Bartender preferred Strong leadership, communication skills and organisational skills Good knowledge of cocktails, wines and beverage trends Able to always hands-on and demonstrate team-oriented approach Positive attitude and good team spirit Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays Benefits: Basic + Allowances + Medical benefits + FREE movies!
