Relief Preschool Teacher (English And Chinese)

About the Role Shaws Preschool Group is looking for passionate and reliable Relief Preschool Teachers (English and Chinese) to support our centres on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for qualified teachers who enjoy working with young children and are looking for a flexible work arrangement. As a Relief Teacher, you will step into classrooms to ensure continuity of care and learning while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Key Responsibilities Provide quality care and supervision for children in accordance with ECDA regulations. Carry out planned learning experiences and daily classroom routines. Maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Work collaboratively with the Centre Principal and teaching team. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times. Complete basic classroom documentation when required. Requirements Minimum ACEY , Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education , or equivalent ECDA-recognised qualification. L1 or L2 certified Previous experience in a preschool setting is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Caring, responsible, adaptable, and able to work in different centre environments. Able to accept assignments at short notice when required. Preferred Availability Applicants who are available for: Full-day or half-day assignments Short-notice relief coverage Multiple weekdays
