Project Coordination Leadership: Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements and maintain timely progression of work across all project phases and stakeholders. Review & Approval Management: Assist in the thorough review and approval process of shop drawings, material samples, and vendor submittals from subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project requirements. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and documentation related to all design and construction activities, supporting project tracking, compliance requirements, and quality assurance processes. Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the design team to identify and resolve complex design issues while incorporating client feedback effectively, ensuring projects meet stakeholder expectations and technical requirements. Process Improvement Initiatives: Support continuous improvement of drafting standards, processes, and tools within the organization, contributing to enhanced efficiency, quality, and consistency across all projects and deliverables.
