Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant tojoin us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accuratefinancial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevantfinancial regulations. You will support budgeting, auditing, and themonth-end/year-end close processes for multi-entities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle full-set of accounts for multiple entities. Ensureaccurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes, including (but notlimited to) process journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed assetschedule, and intercompany transactions. 2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financialstatements and reports for entities assigned. Ensure compliance with accountingstandards and company policies. 5. Prepare tax filings (GST/VAT, income tax, etc.) andensure timely submission. 6. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. 7. Review expenses to ensure payments are properly approved according to the company policies. 8. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Liaise with internal and external parties (i.e. banks, legal, and corporate secretaries etc). 9. Maintain and organize financial records and documentation. 10. Other duties as assigned including process improvement and optimization project and participate in implementation and enhancement of the ERP system and any other group-wide projects. Requirements: + Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + 3years or above of relevant accounting experience. + Experience in E-commerce platform, investment company, or fund management environments is a big advantage. + Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting i.e. IFRS &FRS. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar). + Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.). + High attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. + Good organizational and time management skills. + Strong communication skills. Good command of Chinese/ Mandarin both written and verbal in order to communicate with finance team in China. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Prior audit experience with a public accounting firm is an advantage. + Experience working with China-related businesses or cross-border operations is advantageous.
