Role Purpose: Execute end‑to‑end operations for bulk crude cargoes from supply to delivery. Manage voyage‑chartered vessels, vessels under the company's control, and terminal/blending activities (where applicable). Protect deal P&L by preventing demurrage, minimizing downtime, and identifying optimization opportunities. Ensure full compliance with contracts, charter parties, regulations, and HSSE standards. Coordinate daily with traders, shipping, manufacturing, optimizers, contracts, claims, legal, demurrage, and trade finance teams. Manage external interfaces with counterparties, vessel owners/brokers, terminals, surveyors, port agents, and service providers. Plan, schedule, and nominate vessels, cargoes, and delivery windows accurately and on time. Oversee vessel operations including routing, bunkering, stow planning, and voyage execution. Manage cargo operations including readiness, off‑spec handling, blending (where applicable), and inventory optimization. Support post‑deal activities such as settlements, customs, demurrage, and claims. Maintain accurate system entries, documentation, and operational records. Provide operational support outside regular office hours as required. Requirements: Experience in managing physical trading and supply operations is a strong advantage. The ability to work effectively in complex or non‑standard environments, provide hands‑on counterparty support, and progressively introduce standardization and efficiency is essential, alongside a strong commitment to HSSE, compliance, and product quality. Good understanding of Trading & Supply operations, with relevant experience in a trading, supply, or similar operational environment Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to protect margins, assess trade‑offs, and identify end‑to‑end optimization opportunities. Demonstrated capability to manage end‑to‑end supply chains, from requirement collation to execution and monitoring. Ability to clearly understand and articulate business objectives, constraints, and operational realities. Strong stakeholder management skills, with evidence of effective collaboration, influence, and relationship building. Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities independently in dynamic environments. Strong problem‑solving skills, including working effectively with uncertainty or incomplete information.
